Sulfo-phthalocyanine catalyst KS-TSPC
In 2021, the Scientific and Technical Center in accordance with TU 72.19.14-002-44178696-2021 and RPB № 44178696.20.70518 began production of a Liquid Sulfonated Cobalt Phthalocyanine KS-TSPC Catalyst (analogue of MEROX-WS) for mercaptans treatment in LPG, kerosene fraction and oils as well as oxidative treatment of sulfur containing wastes.
• Sodium mercaptide oxidation reaction rate constant is at least 20 × 10-4 s-1.
• Manufacturing time – 1 month.
• The KS-TSPC Catalyst is poured into a polymer container with a volume of 5.0 or 10.0 dm3
