3. PJSC «Slavneft YANOS» In December 2022, the Basic design of LPG mercaptan removal Unit (20.1 m3/h) according to the «Demerus» technology was developed.
4. LLC «Slavyansk ECO» In May 2022, the Basic design of LPG mercaptan removal Unit (25.9 m3/h) according to the «Demerus» technology was developed.
5. OJSC «Novoshakhtinsky Refinery of Petroleum Products» In April 2022, the Basic design of LPG mercaptan removal Unit (14,8 m3/h) according to the «Demerus» technology was developed.
6. LLC «Afipsky Refinery» In January 2022, the Basic Project Design for the block of LPG (13.7 m3 / h) alkaline treatment from mercaptans was issued. Feed LPG is sourced from Delayed Coking Unit. Proposed technology provides joint treatment of propane-propylene and butane-butylene fractions.
7. PJSC Orsknefteorgsintez In February 2020, the Basic Design was issued for mercaptan removal unit of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from a delayed coking unit (10.2 m3 / h) and the flow of saturated LPG from gas fractionating unit (34.2 m3 / h) using the Demerus technology with a heterogeneous catalyst KSM- X.
8. LLC «Afipsky Refinery» In April 2018, the Basic Project Design for the block of LPG (50.0 m3 / h) amine treatment from hydrogen sulphide and alkaline treatment from mercaptans was issued. Feed LPG is sourced from the Gas Fractionation Units (saturated feed) and Delayed Coking Unit (unsaturated feed). Proposed technology provides joint treatment of propane-propylene and butane-butylene fractions.
9. JSC «Bashneft» In April 2015, Basic design of LPG desulfurization unit (removal of carbonyl sulfide and mercaptans) (53.0 m3/h) at delayed coking unit DCU-2000 was issued. It is based on DEMERUS LPG & DEMERUS LPG + COS technologies with heterogeneous KSM-X catalyst. Proposed technology implies joint sweetening of propane-propylene and butane-butylene fractions.
